This reference design discusses how a 70,000 user school district plans to use desktop virtualization as well as what supporting infrastructure is required. The reference design includes Hyper-V, XenDesktop, XenApp, hosted VM-based VDI desktops, blade PCs and WAN optimization with the Branch Repeater.
